20th September 09
The journey started with international peace day celebration and 108 Sun Salutations. With great music we danced the night away and said our farewells, the bus to the airport left at 8am the next day.

24th September 09
After a few nights in Boston we picked up the hire car and drive into the Adirondack mountains. This place is beautiful! Right in the peak of Autumn/ Fall and all the leaves are bright and glowing orange, reds and lime green colours - such a surreal sight!

26th September 09
Leaving the autumn colours and freshness of the Adirondack mountains behind as we head west towards Niagara falls. The roads are wide and long, driving through little towns and villages admiring the big country town houses and wonder what people do here to keep themselves inspired..
We decide to spend the night at a road side motel called Evergreen Motel, the room is simple, clean and has a great shower! Waking up in the morning not really sure where we are but the sun is shining and Niagara is closer then ever!
