The subject for my firs few days here has been the SUN! What a blessing to be in Puerto Rico, this is my first visit to the Caribbean and i was welcomed with open arms by a beautiful Yogi Glenisse who lives, works and teaches Yoga here. So my first night i went to her class and managed to follow and enjoy the Yoga class being taught in spanish. The following days were spent at the beach, going walking and enjoying being in a new environment. The sun, the giver of life force, warmth, joy and helping one to slow down and enjoy the moment. Doug Swenson is teaching a 3 day workshop here next weekend which i am happily going to plus on the 26th and 28th of October Glenisse and I will be teaching a workshop - more of this to come. So Puerto Rico, a place full of smiles, open hearts and coconuts!
