Flying into Heathrow airport just on dusk was beautiful, all the lights of London were shimmering with a golden glow, there was no smog just a small haze of mist and the sun was moments away from breaking over the horizon. On the ground it had started to rain and as the greyness set in i felt goosebumps on my skin, layering on my arm warmers, scarf, jacket and hat my beach life in Puerto Rico felt like life times away.. Catching the train to Brighton felt perfect, catching up with good friends who i now call my family and re connecting with the Yoga Tribe at Natural Bodies during the Friday night workshop. The workshop was deep and i felt the attendees open up in many ways physically and emotionally. There were a few tears throughout as people surrendered to their bodies releasing that which did not serve them any more and make way for the new to blossom. My wish for people who come to my classes and workshops is for them to take away with them exactly what they need for their journey as they depart out the door continuing on their path.
