Fluid breath & fluid life 16/08/2010
![]() Being self employed is a challenge but also a blessing. With the private 1 2 1 Yoga sessions i have been welcomed into peoples space with open arms, creating Vinyasa sequences just for their body and being able to focus on their own intention for 1 whole hour is powerful and a lot of transformation can take place. Working with a range of people over the week really makes me realise how diverse we really are from the tall, strong and athletic bodies to the short, petite and slim bodies and all in between, i have been exposed to so many different types and most have asked "Is it possible for me to do Yoga?" or "I have done Yoga before but i dont think i was doing it right". Theses questions to me seem so trivial as i believe we were all born knowing how to dance and move so naturally we can all do Yoga and with over 840,000 postures available to you how can you go wrong! All the classes so far have been very inspirational for me and I feel so grateful when i put a lot of effort into something and then when the time comes for it to blossoms it is so fruitful and tasty its hard to imagine life with out it. For 2 weeks in August we have been in Finland for a friends wedding, the weather here has been hotter then the UK and so refreshing. Swimming in the clean lakes, enjoying the summer berries and having saunas is a great way to celebrate going with the flow of your breath and trusting all will be provided for when its the right time.
